Most in-stock items will ship within 3 business days after your payment has been approved.
All orders will ship FedEx Ground, with a signature required, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Any item(s) which are customized including rings which are sized, diamonds or gemstones which are alter in color or size or any item engraved will have a production time and are not returnable or exchangeable unless clearly defective. Production times on customized items vary from 2-4 weeks. Orders:
Orders placed after 6pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after Thursday 6pm will be processed the following business day, which is Monday.
If an order needs to be changed, altered or canceled please call customer service 1.877.987.7332 before the order goes into processing. Once an order has been submitted and processed, the order cannot be stopped and the merchandise will be shipped.
Items special ordered, altered, cut, or manufactured to your specifications, cannot be canceled or accepted for credit or exchange once production has begun. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Shipping:
Due to the monetary value of our items, all of our items will ship via FedEx Ground, a signature is required. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, if a PO Box shipping address is entered this will delay the shipping/delivery times.
At this time, all items must ship to the verified billing address on file for your credit card. If your shipping address differs, please contact Customer Service at 1.877.987.7332 or via email cs@redboxjewels.com to make the proper arrangements.
Shipping costs will be added for orders up to $149.99. An order over $150.00 shipping is included.
If your merchandise is sent back to us as refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed -- packages will be charged a 20% handling fee, plus postage.
Domestic Payments:
We accept all major United States issued credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS or you may pay through PayPal or a bank to bank wire transfer. Please contact Customer Service at 1.877.987.7332 or via email cs@redboxjewels.com for the wiring instructions.
We do not accept gift cards from any credit card company or credit cards that you pay-as-you-go, checks or money orders. Payment is required at the time the order is placed in full. The funds, if cleared, will be deducted immediately before the order can go into the processing stage. This includes customized orders or items that are on backorder.
The maximum credit card transaction amount accepted for domestic orders is up to $2,500.00. Transactions over the amount of $2,500.00 a bank-to-bank wire transfer will be required. This is for security and fraud protection for both our customers and RedBox Jewels.
International Orders:
Payments: acceptable forms of payments for international orders, at this time, are through PayPal up to the transaction amount of $400.00. Above $400.00, a bank-to-bank wire transfer is required. Credit Card payments for international orders only are not accepted. Please contact Customer Service at 1.877.987.7332 or via email cs@redboxjewels.com for the wiring instructions.
Shipping: will be consolidated in our facility prior to shipment and therefore will require more time to process (2-4 weeks). If the order contains items that are made to order or on back order, the order will ship when all items have been manufactured.
Canadian and other international customers are responsible for any and all duty charges. Items returned because of duties non-payment or incorrect addresses will not be refunded, and may incur additional shipping costs, which is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Most items have a 10-day return policy, which goes into effect from the date the order goes into processing.
Returns of loose items such as Large Diamonds or Large Colored Stones, must be returned to us within 3 days from the day the order is received. Upon review of the diamond or stone by our expert jeweler, to verify the diamond or stone has not been altered or damaged in any way a refund or credit would then be issued at that time.
Customized items including rings which are sized, diamonds or gemstones which are alter in color or size or any item engraved are not returnable or exchangeable unless clearly defective. Refunds will include either credit for the cost of the item or an exchange for another item.
Please return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging, including envelopes, bags and boxes. Send with the completed Merchandise Return and Order Form from your invoice. Merchandise returned without this form or with a copy of the invoice will be charged a service fee of $10.00, or we may return the merchandise to you at your expense.
RedBox Jewels cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not followed.

We do ask that if item(s) are sent back for credit, exchange or repair that the shipping method selected is insured and has a tacking number. We are not held responsible for any item(s) shipped through USPS that are not insured and do not arrive safely to our facility.
Refunds are processed on the 15th and last day of each month.
